Incentives to offer properties for private rental
This survey is for owners with properties that are not currently in the private rental market. Homes Tasmania is consulting to help us improve our incentives and make it more attractive to owners to rent their properties privately. Homes Tasmania currently provides incentives to property owners with the Private Rental Incentives (PRI) program. More information is available on the Homes Tasmania – Private rental incentives.
We are seeking your advice on:
- incentives offered under the current PRI program
- additional incentives that would make private rental more attractive for property owners
- other issues that need to be considered to support property owners to rent their properties.
